In my role at Indicia Worldwide, I specialised in designing visuals for Nissan's CRM assets, including their point-of-sales newsletter campaigns sent to existing and potential customers.
This involved rebranding their POS emails, which enhanced my attention to detail and taught me how to balance creativity with strict adherence to brand guidelines. These improvements resulted in higher engagement rates than ever before for the client.
